Starlite is committed to adopting the most advanced technology in its pre-press, press and post-press operations for continuous improvement in productivity and product quality.

Pre-Press

CTP, a new technology that directly downloads customers’ digital files via Internet to make plates for printing without using films, was first introduced into Starlite’s pre-press operations in 2000.

Starlite has significantly enhanced the quality in plate making and printing, with the pre-press operation successfully reducing its processing time by more than 65%. Moreover, the Misomex prototype preparation system and the CAD design software adopted by the company has also help to provide value add to our customers in terms of packaging structural design and generation of samples.

Press

Starlite has always believed in investing new printing technology. In the Singapore operation, we have installed offset presses of up to six-colour configuration with inline coater.Heidelberg, Roland, Ko-Pack, Shiki and Nilpeter are among the advanced printing machine we have installed in the Starlite group. The scope of printing capabilities include offset, flexo, gravure and silk screen.

Post-Press

Starlite boost an array of sophisticated post-press machines including hot-stamping machine, flute laminating machine, die-cutting machine, Jagenberg and Bobst automatic folding and gluing machines.
