9th Packaging Seminar 2012

23rd August 2012, Another great achievement for Starlite Printers (FE), who had successfully held the 9th Packaging Seminar at the M Hotel Singapore on the 23rd August 2012. A total of 131 guests attended the event.

The long and tiring days of planning was well rewarded by the overwhelming attendance and the encouraging and positive feedbacks from all our valued customers who had benefitted from a day’s training with themes which emphasize Innovation, Productivity and Sustainability.

It was also to our delight that our Chairman and Chief Executive Officer, Mr KY Lam, was able to join us this year in spite of his tight schedule. We are equally delighted with the support received from the public sector, which was represented by the Singapore Business Federation.

The opening topic, The Trend in Packaging Printing Technology - Post DRUPA 2012 Print Media Fair, by our Chief Technical Officer, Mr Augus Tai, as well as the topic on “Innovative Packaging Trend” by Mr Low How Hong, AGM (System Support) SPFE, gave an insight on the innovation and technology of the future in the industry. On the other hand “Winning the Game of Life” by Mr Adam Khoo and “Recipe for Success – Efficiency, Productivity & Sustainability” by Mr Vidhu, implanted a huge impression on the importance of Productivity. The theme on Sustainability was represented by the topics “Business Continuity Management” by Mr Jacob Ngiam and “Sustainability In The Demanding World” by Mr Muhammad Adjidarmo, the later speaker also presented SPFE a memento in recognition of Starlite’s efforts in Sustainability and being an Environmentally-Friendly company.

The goodies bag given as a door gift was well accepted by all attendees.
